What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and debit cards. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

What payment fees apply when my customers pay invoices?

We only pass through Stripe's processing and payout fees and do not add hidden platform markups on top. Card processing fees vary by card type (typically between 1.5%–3.25% + €0.25 per transaction), plus an additional +2% currency conversion fee whenever a payment or payout requires FX (foreign exchange). You can always see a detailed, up‑to‑date breakdown of the exact fees in your payout settings and on the payment fee breakdown card after each successful invoice payment.

How do I update my billing information?

You can update your billing information at any time by going to your subscription settings. Click on 'Manage Subscription' and you'll find options to update your payment method and billing details.

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you're not satisfied with our service, please contact our support team within 14 days of your purchase. Refunds are not available for partial months of service.

What happens to my data after cancellation?

If you only cancel your subscription, your data is kept so you can resubscribe later and regain access. If you stay unsubscribed (or never subscribe) for 60 days, we treat your account as abandoned and permanently delete your account and all associated data (invoices, customers, etc.). We recommend exporting your data before the 60-day period if you need to keep any records.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion from your subscription settings. There are three cases: (1) If you request account deletion and have an active subscription, it will be cancelled at the end of your current billing period and you will keep access until then; when that period ends, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted. (2) If you request account deletion and you are on a trial or have no active subscription, your account will be deleted immediately. (3) If you only cancel your subscription without requesting account deletion, your account and data are not deleted when the subscription ends; they may be removed after 60 days of being unsubscribed. We recommend exporting your data before requesting deletion if you need to keep any records.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, we use Stripe for all payment processing, which is PCI compliant and uses industry-standard encryption. We never store your full credit card details on our servers.

Currently, we support English and Greek. You can set your preferred language in your dashboard, and you can also set a preferred language for each customer. Invoice emails will be sent to customers in their preferred language.

What currencies are supported for invoices and payments?

We support the top 20 most commonly used currencies on Stripe: USD (US Dollar), EUR (Euro), GBP (British Pound), AUD (Australian Dollar), CAD (Canadian Dollar), JPY (Japanese Yen), CHF (Swiss Franc), CNY (Chinese Yuan), SEK (Swedish Krona), NZD (New Zealand Dollar), MXN (Mexican Peso), SGD (Singapore Dollar), HKD (Hong Kong Dollar), NOK (Norwegian Krone), KRW (South Korean Won), TRY (Turkish Lira), INR (Indian Rupee), RUB (Russian Ruble), BRL (Brazilian Real), and ZAR (South African Rand). All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Do my customers need an account to pay invoices?

There is no need for your customers to have an account and subscription in the app in order to pay your invoices. They can simply click the payment link through the email that they receive and complete the transaction securely without signing up.
