Users can upload existing training materials like PDFs, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, or audio recordings, use customizable pre-built templates, or build simulations from scratch within minutes. For efficiency, template-based roleplays offer pre-built frameworks aligned with common sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, BANT, or SPIN that can be quickly customized. The editor includes a comprehensive configuration workflow and evaluation criteria automatically generated by AI and fully editable by users. Creators can define the scenario context, persona background, conversation structure, topics to cover (with weighted scoring), style evaluation parameters, and passing criteria. Access controls follow the principle of least privilege, and permissions are reviewed quarterly.
