No, MassInvoices is a SaaS entirely web-based. All you need is a browser to access our dashboard and manage your invoices/receipts/credit notes.

Can I download a ZIP file containing all my invoices?

Yes, with just one click, MassInvoices generates a ZIP file containing all your invoices, receipts and credit notes in PDF format for quick and easy download. ZIP files are available for about 72 hours on our servers and then deleted.

How long does the process take?

When you click on download, you will typically receive your files in less than 15 minutes (but the process can take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours depending on the number of invoices, receipts, or credit notes you want to download).

Can I preview my invoices before downloading them?

What is the Auto-download mode?
