This app fills a perfect niche. Cycling apps provide decent plan generation for cycling, but they fall short for the other two disciplines. Human coaches on the other hand can build full 3-sport plans, but they come at a high price and require coordination and regular communication to be effective. With this app, I get a full 3-sport plan that adjusts to my starting fitness and my ongoing training, that provides immediate feedback on workouts, can adjust plans quickly based on my progress or schedule interruptions, and can even provide strength, flexibility, and nutrition advice. It all comes at a small price compared to a human coach and it is future-proofed with constant access to the latest data on training philosophies coupled with detailed data on all my workouts.
Transition has helped me improve my Ironman training more than any other method I've encountered in my triathlon journey. It's incredibly precise and personalized. I can't recommend it enough!!!
