Either an Owner or Admin must create a user profile first in the Bambi Platform. Navigate to the 'Teams' section and sub-menu 'Accounts' to set up a user profile. After getting added as a user, the driver will receive the 'Welcome to Bambi' email where they can click and download the app from the provided links in the email.

How do I reset my password?

Navigate to the Reset Password Link if you or a team member has forgotten their authentication credentials. Tap 'Forgot Password', enter Username and tap 'Reset my password'. Check email from Bambi for reset code and put into 'Code' field.

Is location always shared in the Driver App?

Location is shared ONLY when the user is clocked into a shift on the Driver App.

How can I download the Driver App?

Can a driver cancel a trip?

If the account’s organization settings are set to allow drivers to cancel trips then yes, a driver can cancel a trip.

How is my monthly subscription vehicle count calculated?

For a month period, on the day an account uses the maximum number of vehicles to complete trips — that will be the number of vehicles the account will be charged.
