How does the commercial license work?

If you are on the Creator plan, you own all images and videos you generate. You can use them for any commercial purposes without attribution. If you are on a Free or Explorer plan, you do not have any rights to the content you generate.

Can I get a commercial license for past creations?

Once you've upgraded to a Creator plan you are licensed for commercial use of all past media that you created.

Is there a Decohere mobile app?

No, but you can add our web app to the home screen on your phone for a similar experience. On Android devices, you should see a popup that asks you if you'd like to add the web page to your homescreen. On iOS devices, you will need to navigate to our web app in Safari, click the 'share' button, and then click 'Add to Home Screen'.

No, we do not offer API access at this time.

Yes! Decohere AI is always free to use. Every day you can generate realtime images for free, up to a limit. However, if you'd like to use more advanced features like image upscaling and video generation, you'll need to upgrade to a paid plan.

Generating quality images or using a template costs 1 credit. Each output gives 4 images. Generating character images costs 2 credits. Each output gives 4 images. Generating a video costs 1 credit. All videos are 4 seconds long. Upscaling an image or video costs 2 credits. Upscaling increases the resolution by 4x. Training a custom AI character costs 50 credits.

You can check how many credits you have left for the billing period at any time. Click on the user profile button and then click on 'Account Details'.

If you run out of credits for your billing period, you can either upgrade to a higher plan or you can purchase refill credits. You can click the 'Buy refill credits' button on the Pricing page to directly purchase credits. You must have an active plan to purchase and to use refill credits.

No, your unused monthly/annual credits do not rollover. If you don't use your credits, they will expire at the end of your billing period. At the start of your next billing period, your credits will be replenished to the amount specified by your plan. Refill credits purchased never expire. They require an active plan to use. Refill credits are only used when your account runs out of monthly/annual credits.

Upgrading to a paid plan will automatically remove the watermark on any new images and videos that you generate. Unfortunately, we cannot remove the watermark from media that you have already generated.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking the 'Downgrade to free' button on the pricing page. Your plan will remain active until the end of your billing period, at which point you will be downgraded to the free plan.

Using the Decohere service creates a real cost for us because we have to pay for our servers. In order to prevent abuse, we cannot offer refunds for any paid plans. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Click the 'Downgrade to free' button or 'Manage billing' button at the top of the pricing page. If you cancel your subscription it will not renew and you will not be charged again.
